To be perfectly honest I was very sceptical of using a flat fee realtor because I did not believe they could possibly provide as good a service as a full service realtor. I was in for a big surprise. We met with Kim and found her to be very personable and organized. Within a matter of days we had professional high tech photographs of our house taken. She then created a very effective MLS listing, installed yard signs and a lock box. Our house was now available to any buyer with or without their own realtor which was a big plus. Kim also listed our house on other marketing websites. We got our first offer within a week and ended up selling our house a month later.

Kim explained she offers different packages and different fees to customize the selling of your house. The most expense package she offers is still a fraction of what you would pay to list with a so called “full service” real estate brokerage. This company offers the experience and professionalism of a full service realtor combined with a much lower fee. We saved thousands and still sold our house at close to the asking price and within a month. We did have to do a few showings on our own when the buyer did not have a real estate agent but this proved to be a very minor issue. If we were to sell our current house we would definitely list with Custom Real Estate Solutions.
